About Me


A quick introduction to myself - my name is Megan. I am a women’s health specialist, qualified nutritional therapist and cookbook author. I have been working with women 1-1 for the past five years and LOVE my job. I see everything from hypothalamic amenorrhea to fertility, acne to weight loss and of course, PCOS.


I got into this space after my own PCOS diagnosis happened at age 18, I took it upon myself to learn about the condition in as much detail as I possibly could. From there, I had a strong pull toward helping other women in the same boat.


Those women, probably much like yourself, found that their health care professionals had little knowledge of their condition and were often given the same advice to lose weight and go on the pill. Well, I tried that - and I was still in the exact same position as when I started. That’s when I started the journey into supporting my body through nutrition, lifestyle and supplement adjustments.

This course combines an in-depth education on the root causes and drivers of PCOS alongside tried and tested PCOS protocols to help you reverse your symptoms for good.

The course is spread out across five modules.

The first helps you understand exactly what PCOS is, ensuring you’re an expert on exactly what is going on with your body.

We then move on to addressing the root, with three lessons on PCOS root causes and the mechanisms behind them. Knowing this is key for reversing your PCOS symptoms for good.

Module three is a deep dive into nutrition for PCOS, from how to effectively balance your blood sugar to a deep dive on diet and inflammation, smart supplements for PCOS and smart weight loss.

Module four tackles the main and most common symptoms, providing you with a protocol for each.

Module five is the Manage and Master Your PCOS For Good Toolkit. In the toolkit, you’ll find meal guides and exactly how to build your meals, supplement recommendations, resources and a 15-week step-by-step action plan.
